Grounded in science
Our Scientific Advisory Panel, which includes doctors, scientists, professors and dietitians who are leaders in their fields, created Guiding Stars. The panel's recommendations were drawn from labeling standards and nutrient levels that have been determined as most beneficial for a healthy lifestyle by leading national and international health organizations.* It supports recommendations from the 2005 Federal Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
