He enjoys running or Nordic skiing most days at noon.

Jim is one of the founding members of the Guiding Stars program. His 24 years of investment analysis, sales budgeting and business information experience at Hannaford Supermarkets were essential in bringing the program to life. Jim designed the nutrition database and leads the data collection efforts to ensure that all product ratings are accurate. As an active outdoor enthusiast, Jim knows the importance of staying healthy with nutritious foods, but credits his family with keeping him young.

Jaica is responsible for Internet marketing, community engagement and whatever else is cool and happening on the Interwebs. She designed the website and serves as editor for the Guiding Stars Blog. Jaica is also one of the founders of Social Media FTW.

Misty is a dedicated client contact, responsible for day-to-day client program activities and support; she is the primary contact for client interactions through program launch and beyond. She brings extensive experience in human resources and client operations, including people, process, and relationship management. Her responsibilities are to work with Guiding Stars Licensing clients consistently throughout the sales and implementation phases, as well as the ongoing execution.
